Omnicademy is a social networking platform that enables universities and colleges to syndicate their courses to one another, enabling institutions to benefit from economies of scale in higher education, while providing an easy to use interface and tools for faculty and students. Omnicademy's platform liberates college courses from the constraints of institution, scheduling, location, and access; allowing students to take a course from select participating universities while still enrolled in their home institution.

Bascom-Hunter (BH) provides advanced software and hardware solutions for the armed services and homeland security that enable the users to obtain, transmit, and act on mission critical, data-intensive information in real time. BH is a wireless communication technology development company that is focused on advanced wireless communication systems. The company leverages federal research and development spending to develop equipment that can be licensed to large manufacturing companies.
